Where silver is described as oxidised silver this is sterling silver treated with an oxidising chemical; the result is a black or dark grey colour. The oxidised silver has been waxed to deepen and protect the colour.
All pieces are handmade and therefore slight variations may occur from piece to piece.
Precious metal pieces are hallmarked at the London Assay Office under their strict regulations. The full UK hallmark is applied, this includes - the makers mark, metal purity mark, date mark, London Assay office mark.

Advice on how to care for your jewellery is given upon purchase.
When your jewellery is not being worn it is advised that it is kept it in its box and wrapped in the acid free tissue paper provided.
Avoid applying makeup or spraying perfume and hairspray when wearing your jewellery.
Remove your jewellery before swimming.

Where a piece is in stock delivery is estimated at 3 – 5 working days.
Special orders and commissions typically take 4 – 6 weeks.

UK - parcels are sent via Royal Mail special delivery. Items are insured and require a signature on delivery. Costs are dependent on the size and value of the parcel. As a guide £7 for items up to £500 in value & £10 + for items over £500.
Europe – parcels are sent via Royal Mail International tracked & signed for and can take up to 7 working days. Cost is dependent on the size and value of the parcel.
Rest of the world – where possible parcels are sent via Royal Mail International tracked & signed for. Cost is dependent on the size and value of the parcel.
Customs Duty - the customer is responsible for paying any customs duties set by their country.

Items will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.
Commissions - a 50% deposit of the total cost is required prior to commencing, with the final 50% payable upon completion and prior to delivery.
Payment can be made in person using your credit or debit card or via direct bank payment using BACS.
